Progressive Insurance sucks. I work for a law firm and are usually slow and not work as fast as deberÃan.Y you should not have a problem if you are pro se (representing yourself), then that’s why they are a problem.

I have progressive and have no complaint. If you have a claims history constantly you will eventually get on their nerves and cancel.

I’ve been a claims adjuster for 20 years and have worked for some of the big companies. (Nationally, the Farm of San & Allstate). I have never worked for the summer of ‘06 Progreso.En I was struck by a progressive. secured by about 8:30 am. No one was hurt by what was not a major claim. I called Progressive claims to report the complaint at 9:15 am approx. The lady told me an adjuster call me within 2 hours. The adjuster actually called me an hour and I make an appointment for them to inspect my truck the next morning in my office. The adjuster called me from the parking lot and wanted to know if I wanted to be present. . . I said no. He wrote the estimate and left a copy of it and a check in my truck and then locked the van for me. I have reviewed the estimate and as my car is an 2002 I had no problem with the parts that were in the estimate. Technically, I had a check from them a bit more than 24 hours after accidente.Pagaron a rental vehicle while my truck was in the workshop. Many insurance companies try to copy the Progressive claims process, but with little success. In general, no one is responsible for claims for automobiles and Progress.

Progress has a very good response when it comes to claims. Most companies take at least two working days to get back to you (and even longer if you arent uninsured) Progressive calls everyone back in two horas.Si may also try to get your estimate made within 48 hours (this does not diminish the quality of the estimate, which will be happy to supplements so) The entire process is quite efficient, you can not beat their service centers or (you may have seen the commercials) also although some people may have been in situations where they feel differently. . . Progressive is one of the most linient when making inquiries of coverage, etc (aka-they do not deny the allegations at most) Progress is also very generous with injury settlements (which i guess is bad for policyholders .. Well if beaten by someone) Its subject is the good will and bad of each company. (Usually more harm then good, because people remember more) Generally, if you choose one of the big companies. . you’ll be alright. Plus. . can not always believe “rumors” people here on business or experience of individuals.

Only a professional basis. They are quick to send the bill but is very slow to pay to send your own. It is also known for the Advancement of telling its policyholders to go to the insurance company and others involved will not pay their policyholders claim unless pressured by their own insured (by the way, is a direct violation of Department of Insurance). Moreover, at least here in Nevada, which is constantly being sued by the bad faith of its insured and the other party not to settle claims. I hate the personal injury lawyers in the shelter here as much as anybody, but even the darkest complain about how Progressive sucks and he is sick to sue them, but do it gladly. . . and I’m talking about the shadow lawyers representing individuals for wrongful death claims and not the advertised claims blandos.Tengo tissues friends who work for Progressive and hate working for them. They are under strong pressure to resolve all claims in the first call, and that even if you do not know that all parties are. If you write and eventually fired for not meeting their “policies and procedures,” even when they are not reasonable. Let’s see, after Ender 3 cars, 2 drivers were swept away by an ambulance and the police gave no information, but the police report takes 6 weeks for delivery. . . . How the hell did you find that the drivers of other 2 are when no information is available? A company is only as good as its employees. . . . . Progressive employees and leaving constantly.
