Does anyone know how progressive customer service is rated? I have been a members at Progressive, and Geigo and am glad to say they have excellent service. Allstate has been terrible for me in the past. Share your opinions and experiences.

As professor I know Geigo does not even have good customer service department. If you have a problem, Progressive does want to hear about it. Its easy to find even a phone number for this company. Many of us have just stopped buying in eBay. As professor it is misleading to say the least.
