Add Url / Suggest a Site

December 23rd, 2009

Please note that Savvyness only references sites that target to the geographical location of the U.S. audience only. Although, this doesn’t discredit sites that’s are referenced outside the United States, but only those sites that offer content targeted information in relevance to a topic listed. For example, a site by a European organization that only targets a audience in Europe may not qualify for listing placement, while a site by a European organization involved in marketing of products sold in the United States, or tourism travel spots across Europe would be approved for a listing. If your company is listed outside the United States and you are unsure if you qualify to be listed on Savvyness, please leave a comment below and one of our human editors will let you know if your site is eligible.

Recommending a new web site to be added to Savvyness is easy and completely free. In order to complete the listing process, you have two available options that are discussed in further detail below.

1) Search Box – Using the search box at the top of the page will allow you to find related posts where you think your site should be listed. In the comments section of the related post, leave a comment asking for site inclusion. You may also view the Site Map for quicker post viewing.

For example, if you want to add a site about CNBC News, you may visit CNBC World News and leave a comment stating, “Can you please add a site about a CNBC News Guide located at http://wapedia.mobi/en/ to this page?” A Savvyness editor will then review your comment and add your site if its found to be suitable for a quality listing reference.

If your site is not added, we will usually respond with a reason why we were unable to add your site. If that is the case, please try another URL or recommend a category for which you would prefer you listed to be displayed.

2) If your site does not meet Savvyness listing requirements, or isn’t found to be suitable for any of Savvyness’s existing post listings, go to the comments section of this page below and suggest both a category and the site that you think should be added, along with a brief site description..

Submission Guidelines

  • Only suggest just one category per URL along with a brief site description per day. This allows others to get their sites listed without overloading the inclusion process.
  • Choose a category that is relevant to your sites information. When determining the correct category, there will be at most 50 of the top sites listed. If your submission is denied because it doesn’t qualify as one of the top 50 sites in that category, we may recommend that you resubmit your site to more specific category. For example, If you are submitting a automobile site you may denied  the main listing of “Automobiles”. To avoid generalization of site listings, it may be better to get your site included for a new category called, “New Jersey Automobiles”. If the you cant find the correct category, simply suggest it and one of our savvy editors will be glad to assist with the listing process.
  • We reserve the right to remove or reject sites from our pages for a number of reasons, including sites that has been marked for plagiarizing, lack of quality content and relevance to the topic, use of spam….etc.
